    Thanks for the comment. No the answer is correct. There are 3 squares:
    1 with 1X1 sticks
    1 with 2X2 sticks
    1 with 3X3 sticks and all the sticks are used in forming the 3 squares. The 2 rectangles are "just a coincidence" :-)
