175. Four sticks in each row and column

Easy Medium Hard Extreme


In the picture above are 12 sticks, 4 sticks in each row and 3 sticks in each column.

Move 3 sticks so that you have 4 sticks in each row AND 4 sticks in each column. All sticks don't have to be flat on the surface.
